Rosie Perez (born Rosie Perez) is an American performer, host of television shows, writer dancer and choreographer. When she was a child being a foster child, Rosie Perez had to face some of the hardest experiences of her life. Being the offspring of an affair, her parents rarely were affectionate with their daughter. Spike Lee approached her for a project at a goodbye party. Alongside her performance in "Do The Right Things" and "Do The Right Things," she also played as the main character in a number of other successful films including "White Men Can't Jump" (which received nominations at the Emmy Awards three times) and 'Fearless'. She gained notoriety as a choreographer with the show 'In Living Colour' for which she has been nominated thrice at the 'Emmy Awards'. In the 'The Ritz' show, she made her a household name because of her character, Googie Gomez. In 2015, she got signed as the regular host of a successful talk show 'The View'. Recent performances include those in "The Take" as well as "Pineapple Express".
