Antonina Shevchenko, Antonina Shevchenko, a Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai MMA fighter from Peru, and mixed martial arts athlete competing for the UFC at the flyweight division, is currently in Kyrgyzstani. Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina displayed her slashing skills by knocking out Nievera using knees. Antonina Shevchenko received the UFC Contract after this victory. Antonina Shevchenko was able to make her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hitters Finale against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko lost to Roxanne modafferi in a split decision, after winning her debut fight. Antonina was able to bounce back from the defeat and beat Lucie Pudilova on UFC on ESPN Covington vs. Lawler via second-round rear-naked choke and won the prize of the night for the bout. Shevchenko has a record of 1-2 over her next three bouts which included a win over Ariane Lipski while losing to Katlyn Clarkagian and Andrea Lee.
